1. Collecting agent: Add foaming agent to the stirring tank or flotation machine, while insoluble collectors (such as cresol black powder, white powder, kerosene, etc.) are often added to the mill to promote their dispersion. Increase the interaction time with minerals.
Adjuster:Add the adjuster into the ball mill first, so that the inhibitors and collectors can work in the appropriate slurry, and at the same time eliminate certain "unavoidable ions" that are harmful to flotation.
Inhibitors:Add them into the ball mill before the collector, so that the inhibitors can react with the inhibited minerals as early as possible.
Activator:It is often added to the mixing tank and stirred with the slurry for a period of time to promote interaction with the activated minerals.

Minerals whose flotation is inhibited: Activator-collector-frothing agent.

Scope of application:Generally for agents that are easily soluble in water, will not be taken away by foam, and are not easy to react and become ineffective in the slurry, such as lime, soda, etc.
Advantages: High concentration of chemicals, easy to add.
Batched addition: Add in batches along the rough selection, selection, and sweep operation lines. Generally, 60% to 70% of the total amount is added before flotation, and the rest is added to appropriate locations in batches.
Scope of application: Agents that are easy to oxidize, decompose, react and deteriorate, such as xanthate, sulfur dioxide gas, etc.; agents that are difficult to dissolve in water and are easily carried away by foam , such as oleic acid, fatty amine collectors; agents with strict dosage requirements, such as sodium sulfide.
