1. Spodumene hand selection equipment

Before officially entering the selection, spodumene is generally hand-selected for preliminary screening and pre-selection. After crushing (the width of the ore particles ≤1200mm), the ore is sent to the hand selection belt, and 25~300mm spodumene is selected based on the appearance color and glossiness.

2. Preliminary desliming equipment for spodumene

3. Spodumene flotation equipment

There are two methods of spodumene flotation: forward flotation and reverse flotation. Among them, positive flotation adds oleic acid and its soap salts as collectors in a strong alkaline environment to directly float out spodumene. Reverse flotation is to first use lime to create an alkaline environment, then add dextrin, starch, etc. to suppress spodumene and float out silicate gangue ores.

Spodumene flotation equipment mainly includes: XCF flotation machine, KYF flotation machine, SF flotation machine and JJF flotation machine

XCF/KYF type:The two machines can generally be combined into several groups. The former is used as a straight chute and the latter is a slurry suction tank, which is mostly used for sweeping and selection operations;

JJF type/SF type:Can be used in combination. SF is used as the suction tank and JJF is used as the straight chute. It is suitable for sweeping and beneficiation operations in medium and large lithium ore concentrators.

IV. Spodumene heavy medium separation equipment

For spodumene with finer particle size, the heavy medium separation method can be used. According to the density difference between the minerals, use The pressure of 0.05~0.20Mpa is fed into the heavy medium cyclone for sorting, in which the bottom flow part is spodumene.

5. Spodumene magnetic separation equipment

When spodumene contains When iron impurity minerals are removed, magnetic separation is required for iron removal. Since most of the associated iron impurities in spodumene are weakly magnetic, it is necessary to remove iron through strong magnetic (above 10,000Oe) magnetic separation equipment to obtain spodumene concentrate with low iron content.

6. Spodumene combined mineral processing equipment

When the above single mineral processing method When higher-grade spodumene concentrate cannot be obtained, a combined beneficiation method must be used for effective separation. Common combined processes include: flotation-magnetic separation combined process, flotation-gravity separation-magnetic separation combined process, flotation -Chemical treatment combined process, etc.

Spodumene combined mineral processing equipment includes: flotation machine, magnetic separator, jig, shaker, spiral chute and leaching tank, etc.
