Hematite pre-selection equipment

The hematite pre-selection stage mainly includes the crushing and screening and grinding and classification stages , among which crushing and screening are crushing and screening, and grinding and classification are grinding and classifying stages.

Crushing and screening: The raw ore is sent to the crusher by the feeder for crushing. The crushed products enter the screening machine, and the objects above the screen are returned to the crusher for re-crushing, and the objects under the screen are Then it is sent to the grinding stage by the belt conveyor.

Grinding and grading: Generally, the hematite grinding and grading part mostly adopts two-stage grinding operation, mostly using autogenous grinding machine (large-scale concentrator) or grid-type ball mill + overflow A flow ball mill is used for wet grinding. After grinding, the minerals are classified, the overflow product enters the separation stage, and the low flow is returned to the ball mill for re-grinding.

Hematite magnetic separation equipment

After weak magnetic separation, the tailings obtained enter the strong magnetic coarse separation process. After separation and sweeping, the coarse concentrate enters strong magnetic separation. This process is mostly suitable for magnetic and hematite mixed ores; Strong magnetic separation: is often used in conjunction with flotation , the coarse concentrate is obtained through strong magnetic separation, and then enters the ball mill for fine grinding, and then enters the flotation machine to obtain the hematite concentrate. This method is suitable for processing hematite containing quartz, feldspar, chlorite and other gangue minerals.

The main hematite magnetic separation equipment includes: Permanent magnet drum magnetic separator, high gradient magnetic separator, eccentrically arranged rotating magnetic field dry separator, magnetic drum, etc.

Permanent magnet drum type magnetic separator: Can do pre-selection, rough selection and selection operations, the selected particle size range is 2~10mm;

High gradient magnetic separator:Mainly used for strong magnetic separation, suitable for processing fine-grained hematite ore below 2mm;

Dry magnetic separator: strong>Used for pre-selection of hematite before grinding; re-selection of hematite tailings and iron recovery from waste steel slag.

Magnetic roller: Do more strong magnetic separation, suitable for magnetic separation of coarse-grained hematite below 30mm.

Hematite gravity separation equipment

Hematite dehydration equipment

Hematite dehydration operations are generally divided into concentrate dehydration and tailings dehydration. Among them, hematite concentrate dehydration is the iron concentrate obtained after sorting and entering the concentrator for concentration.
