Molybdenite beneficiation equipment recommendation

Molybdenite is the main resource for obtaining molybdenum. Due to the particularity of its mineral structure, it is mainly separated by flotation. Generally, a single molybdenum ore plant mostly adopts the process of crushing-coarse grinding and rough separation-regrinding and then separation. In the coarse grinding and rough selection stage, the rough selection is to regrind a large amount of continuous coarse concentrate produced after rough grinding to fully dissociate it, and then carry out multiple selection operations.

Crushing: Generally, a three-stage and one closed-circuit process is adopted, and the final product particle size is 12~15mm. The main equipment is jaw crusher, cone crusher, and circular vibrating screen;

Coarse grinding-regrinding:Generally, rod mills and hydrocyclones are used for coarse grinding, while wet overflow ball mills and spiral classifiers are often used for regrinding;

Flotation: The preferential flotation method is often used to select rough molybdenum concentrate, rough sweep the tailings to recover associated ores (or discard them), and multiple selections are used to obtain molybdenum concentrate. , the flotation equipment is mainly XCF flotation machine and KYF flotation machine.

Recommendation of copper-molybdenum ore beneficiation equipment

Copper-molybdenum ore can not only recover molybdenum, but also copper. The mixed flotation method is often used, and it is first roughed to obtain copper-molybdenum coarse material. Concentrate, and then flotation separates copper and molybdenum to obtain each concentrate. There are two methods: first flotation of copper to suppress molybdenum and first flotation of molybdenum to suppress copper. The main flotation equipment is JJF flotation machine, SF flotation machine, chemical stirring tank and flotation chemicals.

Molybdenum suppression by floating copper: It is to recycle molybdenum ore as a by-product, and combine chalcocite with lime The ore is classified during grinding, and flotation is carried out using ethyl xanthate and black powder as collectors. After flotation, the overflow is concentrated and dextrin is added to suppress the molybdenite, and copper is flotted out. The tailings are processed to obtain molybdenum concentrate. .
