Graphite ore crushing equipment

If it is a small-scale weathered graphite ore, the grinding process can be carried out directly without crushing. Ball mill: Mainly grid ball mill, overflow ball mill and straight ball mill, among which grid The ball mill is mainly used in the first-stage grinding operation, and the latter two are used in the re-grinding operation after flotation;

Classifier: It has a hydrocyclone (group) and There are two types of spiral classifiers. The cyclone equipped with a grid type is used in one-stage grinding and classification operations, and the spiral classifier is used in multi-grinding operations.

Graphite ore flotation equipment

Graphite ore itself has good floatability, so the flotation method can effectively recover it. At this stage, a coarse and polyfine flotation method is generally used. Before sending the qualified mineral particles to flotation, they should be put into the mixing barrel first, add clean water and stir evenly, then flow into the flotation machine from top to bottom, add kerosene and diesel flotation reagents, and conduct preliminary rough separation. Operation, the products after rough separation are sent to the ball mill for regrinding operation, and the grinding products are fed to the next stage flotation machine for beneficiation to obtain graphite concentrate and tailings.

Graphite ore dehydration equipment

Graphite ore dehydration is mainly divided into two links, one is the dehydration of graphite concentrate, and the other is the dehydration of graphite tailings. Among them, for graphite concentrate dehydration, concentrators and filter equipment can be used. After the moisture content of the concentrate reaches certain requirements, it can be dried for industrial applications; for graphite tailings dehydration, a tailings dry discharge system can be used, using different The dehydration equipment (concentrator, filter/press, cyclone and dehydration screen, etc.) is combined to make the tailings moisture content lower than 15% before dry stack discharge.

Concentrator: There are high-efficiency concentrators, inclined plate concentrators, etc., which perform one stage of dehydration in the concentrate concentrator and two stages of dehydration in the tailings. The final underflow concentration is in the range of 60~70%;

Filter/filter press: Mainly box-type filter presses and vacuum filters, which can be used in concentrates and tailings, and are used for the final dehydration operation , so that the final dehydration rate is less than 15%;

Cyclone: There are cyclones and cyclone groups available, generally used in tailings dehydration, and the underflow contains water The rate is 40~30%;

In addition to the above required equipment, after graphite ore is ground in multiple stages, a lot of medium ore will be produced in the process, and these medium ores contain a large amount of graphite, which will lead to graphite loss if not treated. , reduce the recovery rate. At present, the methods for treating the medium ore of graphite ore include centralized return, sequential return, separate treatment and various combined treatment methods.
