Magnetite Magnetic Separation Equipment

General magnetite magnetic separation equipment is mainly suitable for single magnetite separation. Most of the iron minerals in this type of ore are magnets. Magnetite flotation equipment

Generally, magnetite flotation equipment is used in conjunction with magnetic separation equipment. When the magnetite contains silicate or carbonate minerals, And when cobalt pyrite, chalcopyrite and apatite are associated, they need to be separated by flotation-magnetic separation. The process methods mainly include two processes: weak magnetic separation-cation reverse flotation and weak magnetic separation-anion reverse flotation.

Weak magnetic separation - cation reverse flotation: Starch is commonly used as a magnet inhibitor, and amines such as dodecylamine are used as collectors to deal with high silicon content. Magnetite.

Weak magnetic separation - anion reverse flotation: Use chemicals to make minerals alkaline to suppress iron minerals, suitable for magnetite containing more iron silicate minerals .

SF flotation machine: In magnetite flotation operations, it mainly performs roughing and sweeping operations;

jjf flotation machine:It is often combined with sf flotation machine in several groups to complete roughing and sweeping operations in a horizontal configuration;

xcf flotation machine Selector: In magnetite flotation operation, it is mainly used for selection;

Magnetite gravity separation equipment

Magnetite gravity separation equipment is generally a combined equipment with magnetic separation and flotation to complete magnetite separation operations and is suitable for separation. Containing polymetallic magnet-hematite siderite, the magnetite is recovered by weak magnetic separation, and then the weak magnetic iron mineral is recovered by gravity separation, flotation or strong magnetic separation.

The gravity separation equipment that can be applied to this mineral processing method include: shaker, jig, spiral chute and centrifuge equipment

Shaking table equipment: Generally suitable for processing particle size Finer polymetallic magnetite;

Jig equipment:In polymetallic magnetite, it is used to process coarser particles;

Spiral chute equipment:Suitable for processing fine-grained (0.1~0.37mm) ores with low mud content in composite magnetite ores;

Centrifugal Ore concentrator equipment:Suitable for processing coarse-grained magnetite with a large specific gravity difference, mainly used for pretreatment.

In addition to the above-mentioned processes and equipment, for some magnet ores containing rare earth mixtures, iron minerals can also be separated through the reduction roasting magnetic separation-flotation process.
