Performance Features

1. The ore feeding pipe allows the fed slurry to directly enter the guide tube and close to the impeller. A negative pressure is formed during the rotation of the impeller. When the feeding liquid level is low, the slurry can be sucked in, which not only facilitates plant configuration, but also prevents the slurry from taking shortcuts without stirring;

2. The impeller adopts an open turbine type, umbrella shaped, which increases the center jet velocity. When the impeller rotates, its diameter is large, the linear velocity is high, the shear capacity is strong, and it increases the axial thrust on the slurry flow.

3. There is a guide tube in the tank, and the impeller is located in the guide tube, which reduces the resistance, enhances the stirring ability, increases the negative pressure generated by the operation of the slurry, and the guide fluid reduces the negative compression within a limited space, thus The suction capacity of slurry and drugs is accelerated, and the circulation capacity of slurry and drugs is further enhanced.

4. The lower part of the diversion body is equipped with a jet to reduce laminar flow and increase turbulence, further accelerating the flow and full diffusion of the slurry, and circulating the medicinal ore Further strengthening of capabilities will help improve flotation indicators.

How it works

During the operation of the mixing tank, the driving force is generated by the motor base installed on the motor base, and the vertical shaft is driven to rotate through the triangular pulley, thereby driving the impeller to rotate. Under the rotation of the impeller, the slurry and chemicals circulate to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing of the slurry and chemicals in the tank. The evenly mixed slurry is discharged from the overflow port of the mixing tank.
