How it works

The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentration tank settle under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, allowing solid and liquid to be separated. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the concentration tank is continuously scraped by a rake scraper and discharged from the central ore outlet at the bottom of the tank, while the clarified water overflows from the upper edge of the concentration tank.
