Magnetic roller

Product introduction

The magnetic drum produced by Xinhai adopts a large magnetic wrap angle design, with a magnetic wrap angle of<180°, which increases the length of the sorting belt and the number of magnetic flips to achieve effective separation of magnetic minerals and non-(weak) magnetic minerals.

The magnetic field strength of the magnetic drum has a demagnetization rate of no more than 5% in 8 years;

The cylinder of the magnetic drum is made of non-magnetic stainless steel and covered with wear-resistant rubber, and the cylinder has a long service life;

Product structure

The structure of the magnetic drum is mainly composed of filtering and solidification, tank body, material receiving shaker, distribution head, transmission device, motor, cylinder and other parts.

How it works

The working principle of the magnetic drum is to use the motor to drive the pulley to rotate the drum. When the material passes the magnetic drum on the conveyor belt, the magnetic system in the drum is used to adsorb the magnetic minerals, and they will automatically fall off as the drum rotates to the bottom. The magnetic minerals fall along the horizontal parabola, and the two enter different receiving hoppers respectively to realize mineral sorting.

In an iron concentrate beneficiation plant, the lean iron ore is subjected to magnetic separation after coarse and medium crushing. In order to restore the grade, save energy and increase production, a permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator is selected to reduce the load of the next process. The two-stage magnetic separation is arranged, the magnetic field intensity is large, the magnetic separation effect is very obvious, and the production efficiency is improved; it can also be used to treat tailings, which is conducive to the reuse of equipment, saving costs and improving the grade.
