How it works

The zinc powder replacement system is mainly divided into three steps: purification of your liquid, deoxidation and replacement filtration.

Your liquid purification:Gold-containing precious liquid often contains some suspended solids, which must be removed before replacement to avoid affecting the replacement effect and gold mud quality. Purification of your liquid is the process of removing suspended solids.

deoxidation:The dissolved oxygen in the precious liquid hinders the zinc replacement of gold, and the oxygen in the precious liquid must be removed to ensure the smooth progress of zinc replacement of gold.

Displacement filtering:It includes two parts: zinc powder addition and replacement. Zinc powder is used to replace the precious metals in the precious liquid (leaching liquid) to form gold (silver) mud.
