Process Introduction

The flotation process in the copper mine flotation option is divided into two stages, respectively It is the copper ore flotation stage and the sulfur flotation stage.

Copper flotation stage: adopt the process flow of one rough, three sweep and three fine. After the crushed material enters the ball mill from the feeder, when the grinding fineness reaches -200 mesh and 75%, it enters the cyclone for classification. The overflow flows into the mixing tank. After adding medicine and stirring, it enters the first coarse, third sweep, and third sweep. Selected copper ore flotation process.
