A total of 13 XCF/KYF-8 flotation machines are used for the lead coarse sweeping operation, and 4 BF-4 flotation machines are selected. For the zinc coarse sweeping operation, 16 XCF/KYF-8 flotation machines were selected, and 5 BF-4 flotation machines were selected.
The final lead recovery rate was 89.80%; the silver grade in the lead concentrate was 1464.6g/t, and the silver recovery rate was 62.65%. The zinc system can produce zinc concentrate with a yield of 4.81%, a zinc grade of 45.30%, and a zinc recovery rate of 78.19%; the silver grade in the zinc concentrate is 396.5g/t, and the silver recovery rate is 22.18%.
