Project details

The mineral processing products of this manganese-silver ore are mainly silver concentrate and manganese concentrate. According to the ore properties of the ore, Xinhai Mining passed the mineral processing test and was tailor-made for it. The process flow of full wet manganese immersion and silver immersion has been customized.

Xinhai mineral processing plan

Crushing and screening stage:The crushing and screening stage adopts a three-stage and one closed-circuit crushing and screening process. A jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing, and a cone crusher is used for medium and fine crushing. The particle size of the crushed ore product is -12mm;

Grinding and classification stage:The grinding process adopts two stages Fully closed-circuit grinding, the grinding operation is divided into two series. The first-stage grinding uses a grid-type ball mill and a high-weir spiral classifier to form a closed-circuit grinding. The second-stage grinding uses an overflow ball mill and a high-efficiency cyclone to form a closed-circuit grinding. The grinding fineness -200 mesh accounts for 85%;

SO2 manganese leaching stage: Qualified grinding products and high-temperature treated SO2 enter the cooling tower for cooling. After mixing, the mixed slurry enters the double impeller leaching tank for continuous manganese leaching. After leaching manganese, it is pumped into the thickener for three-stage continuous washing. The overflow from the second and third-stage washing is returned to the previous stage of washing operation, and the first stage of washing operation The overflow is manganese sulfate precious liquid, which flows into the manganese sulfate storage tank and finally obtains manganese sulfate crystals; the slurry after three stages of washing enters the silver immersion stage;

The silver immersion stage:After washing in the manganese leaching stage, the slurry first enters the mixing tank to add lime milk to make the slurry, and then pumps it into the double impeller leaching tank to continue adding lime milk to make the slurry. After mixing, it enters the double impeller leaching tank for leaching. After leaching, the slurry is pumped by the pump Pulse into the thickener for three-stage continuous washing operation. The overflow from the second and third stages of washing is returned to the previous stage of washing operation. The overflow from the first stage of washing operation is silver-containing precious liquid and flows into the precious liquid pool by itself;

The silver-containing liquid is pumped into the plate and frame filter press for one-stage purification and filtration, and then pumped into the plate-and-frame filter press for two-stage purification and filtration. The filter cakes from the two stages of purification and filtration are made by The pump is driven into the rubber belt filter for filtration. The filtrate and the silver-containing precious liquid after two stages of purification are pumped into the deoxidation tower for deoxidation. After deoxidation, the pump is then pumped into the plate and frame filter press to add zinc powder for replacement and filtration. The obtained silver mud can be sent to the smelting workshop for smelting; the replaced solution is the lean liquid, which flows into the lean liquid pool and can then be used as return water for the washing stage;

Tailings treatment stage: leaching The slurry after washing in the silver stage is cyanide-containing tailings. It is pumped into the double impeller leaching mixing tank and the filter cake of the belt filter press to add bleaching powder for neutralization. After neutralization, it is pumped into the tailings reservoir.
