The medium-sized plate feeder at the bottom of the raw ore silo uses a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, it is transported to the circular vibrating screen through the 1# belt conveyor for screening. The materials on the upper screen enter the jaw crusher for secondary crushing. The intermediate crushed products are The intermediate products from the vibrating screen are transported together by the 2# belt conveyor to the cone crusher for fine crushing. The finely crushed products and coarsely crushed products are then returned to the vibrating screen together to form a closed circuit crushing. The materials under the lower screen are qualified materials in the crushing stage and are transported to the powder ore bin by the 3# and 4# belt conveyors.
Adopta process of closed-circuit grinding + desliming + magnetic separation. There is a belt feeder at the bottom of the powder ore silo, which feeds into the 5# belt conveyor and transports it to the overflow rod mill for grinding and ball mill discharge. There is a cylindrical screen at the end, and the material above the screen is transported by a large-angle belt conveyor and returned to the ball mill for re-grinding; the slurry under the screen is pumped into the linear vibrating screen for screening, and the material above the screen is returned to the ball mill for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit grinding process.
The slurry under the linear vibrating screen will flow into the desludging bucket for desliming. After desliming, the underflow will flow into the midfield strong magnetic separator. After impurity removal, the slurry is quartz concentrate.
The quartz concentrate is pumped into the concentrated formHydrocyclone is dehydrated, and the bottom flow is the finished sand. The cyclone overflow and desliming bucket overflow flow into the sedimentation tank for clarification and are returned as return water for reuse.
