4. Check the impeller of the flotation machine. When the wear diameter of the impeller exceeds 10%, or there are holes or cracks, it needs to be replaced in time.
5. Check whether the scraping rate of the scraping mechanism has decreased. When the scraping mechanism vibrates or swings, check in time whether there are cracks in the transmission bearing and whether the couplings are detached.
6. Check the suction volume of the flotation machine.
7. Check the condition of each lubrication point and confirm whether there is sufficient lubricating oil at each lubrication point.
8. Check whether the ore discharge valve and the box body are straight, and whether the tank body is leaking ore.
9. Check the blower's inlet and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and motor current changes, and observe the vibration and noise of the blower.

Lubrication requirements:
1. The brand of lubricating oil must comply with regulations. When using substitute oil, its performance should not be lower than the technical performance of the specified grease. It is subject to approval by the competent authorities.
2. Grease must be kept clean, use a special container to store the oil, and store it in a cool and sealed place. The temperature of the storage location must not exceed the specified storage temperature of lubricating oil.
3. Before filling the circumferential bearing with oil, the oil nozzle must be cleaned to avoid clogging of the oil filling hole. If it is clogged, it should be dealt with immediately. If it cannot be dealt with, it must be reported in time.
4. Each lubrication point should be replaced with oil as required. The stirring and scraping parts should be replaced with oil every three months; the main bearing is required to be filled with oil once a month.
5. The lubrication device must be complete.
6. When the fan operates continuously for 1,000 hours, the lubricating oil must be replaced once.
Preparation operations before maintenance
