The Mongolia 800tpd Fluorite Mine Beneficiation Project is a mining industry chain service project undertaken by Xinhai Mining, including mine design and research, beneficiation equipment manufacturing and procurement, beneficiation plant civil construction and installation, mine management and mine operation general contracting services. The raw ore in this project is mainly fluorite, followed by sulfur. The main gangue minerals are quartz, sericite, dolomite, etc. Among them, fluorite and quartz have a close symbiotic relationship, and aluminum-containing minerals affect the mineral processing indicators. Through mineral processing test analysis, Xinhai finally designed a suitable flotation process scheme for it.
This project adopts Xinhai Mining's one-stop "Full mining industry chain service (EPCM+O)", covering mineral processing process design, equipment manufacturing and procurement, and on-site installation and commissioning. Through the analysis of mineral processing tests, Xinhai designed a fluorite grinding-gravity classification process for it.
At present, the project is in stable operation, and the economic indicators and benefits of the processing plant have reached the customer's ideal expected goals. The Inner Mongolia 700t/d fluorite ore beneficiation project is also a mining industry chain service (EPC+M+O) project undertaken by Xinhai Mining. The fluorite mine has a simple composition, mainly fluorite, with associated quartz and calcite. After conducting mineral processing test analysis, Xinhai Mining finally designed a two-stage crushing-one-stage grinding-flotation (one coarse, one sweep, seven fine)-fine/tailings dehydration process for it. The required equipment mainly includes jaw crusher, cone crusher, circular vibrating screen, grid ball mill, spiral classifier, SF type flotation machine, deep cone concentrator, chamber filter press, etc.
Finally, the project's concentrate grade CaF2 is as high as 97.78%, and the recovery rate is 83.13%. Nearly 100,000 tons of fluorite powder can be produced annually, and the beneficiation plant has considerable benefits.
Jiangxi 300TPD Fluorite Flotation Project is one of the important mineral processing projects undertaken by Xinhai Mining Equipment. Xinhai Mining Equipment provides customized mining industry chain services (EPC+M+O) for the project, including research and design, complete equipment manufacturing and procurement, commissioning and delivery, and engineering management. Through the mineral processing test analysis of the fluorite ore samples, the process flow of coarse crushing-fine crushing-first-stage grinding-roughing-coarse and fine grinding-fine selection-fine scavenging selection was finally designed for the mineral processing plant. The required equipment is mainly crusher, ball mill, flotation machine, high-efficiency mixing tank, concentrator.
