Step 1. Generation of bubbles

Generally, the merger of bubbles will increase the diameter of the bubbles, causing the bubbles to be unstable and easy to burst, reducing the specific surface area of the bubbles and minerals, and affecting mineral flotation. The solubility of bubbles will cause the bubbles to disappear and affect the formation of bubbles.

Step 3. The rising and floating movement of bubbles

Generally, bubbles rise in a zigzag manner in the slurry, and will be affected by many factors during the rise. The influence of factors, such as the characteristics of the material, the concentration of the slurry, the size of the mineral particles, etc.; different minerals require detailed investigation and analysis to achieve the best flotation effect.
