The installation of the mechanical agitation flotation machine tank must be ensured correctly. In the installation sequence, the head tank body should be installed first, then the middle tank body, and then the tail tank body. In addition, before installing the tank, the installation and debugging personnel need to use a level surveyor to measure the horizontal deviation of the foundation. After the tank is installed on the foundation, the overflow weirs on both sides of each tank should be at the same level. Use a level ruler to measure the horizontal deviation of the foundation in different tanks. Align the body and use pads of different thicknesses to keep the whole machine level and consistent in the length and width directions.
Generally, the total deviation in the length direction should not exceed 3-5mm, the feed inlet, tank body and tank body, tank body There should be no leakage at the connection part with the medium ore box, and then tighten the bolts of all parts of the body.
The following requirements must be followed when installing and debugging the mixing mechanism:

2. The impeller should be centered with the center hole of the false bottom, and the deviation should not be greater than 3mm.
3. The stator guide blades are aligned with the flow stabilizing plate on the false bottom and must not be staggered.
4. The radial and axial clearance between the impeller and the stator should be guaranteed to be between 7-9mm. During installation, any three points at equal distances from the outer diameter of the flotation machine impeller can be measured. Clearance, axial clearance is adjusted by adjusting pads.
5. The installation tightness of the transmission V-belt should be moderate. Before installing the V-belt, first install the large and small pulleys on the motor and mixing shaft appropriately, and then level the V-belt. Put the belt into the pulley groove, adjust the center distance, and tighten the V-belt. Turn the motor to continue adjusting the V-belt so that the loose edge is slightly bowed when driven with load.
6. Install the triangular pulley safety cover, and the safety cover legs should be inserted into the pipe base firmly.
7. Check the direction of motor rotation. The impeller rotates clockwise. The mixing mechanism should rotate flexibly and without jamming.
When installing the flotation machine scraper shaft, scraper frame, and scraper rubber, the scraper shaft should be able to rotate. And the gap between the scraper rubber plate and the overflow port should be consistent and should not be greater than 5mm. The scraper of the final slot should be staggered by 30° from the scraper of the previous slot.
The centers of the scraper shafts are all on the same straight line, and the coaxiality deviation of two adjacent shafts is not greater than 0.8mm.
