In 2018, the customer of this project entrusted Xinhai Mining to provide "Mining full industry chain services (EPC+M+O)" for its 4000tpd gold ore dressing plant. The design started at the beginning of 2018 and was completed and put into operation by the end of the year. The comprehensive recovery rate of the processing gold is about 90%. In 2019, the client of this project decided to expand the original 4,000tpd gold ore dressing plant, and expand the production capacity of the entire dressing plant to 6,000tpd on the original basis. Based on the successful production practice of the first phase, the project customer once again entrusted Xinhai Mining to provide one-stop, customized mining industry chain services (EPC+M+O) for its 6000tpd gold ore dressing plant project. Since the signing of the contract, Xinhai Mining only took 8 months (including 2 months for transportation and customs clearance) to officially put the gold mine project into production. The final comprehensive recovery rate reached 90%, and the economic benefits are considerable.
Since the 6,000tpd gold ore dressing plant project in Guinea was successfully put into operation, the mining company of this project quickly started the construction of the 15,000tpd gold mine project in 2019, continuing the chapter of cooperation with Xinhai Mining for the third time. The client of this project has tried to renovate the project twice, but the results were not satisfactory.
