Tailings dry discharge process flow

The flotation tailings are transported to the rubber pump box of the dry discharge workshop by gravity flow or pump, and are pumped into the concentrated hydrocyclone group, and the bottom flow of the cyclone is It flows automatically to the dehydration screen. The upper part of the dehydration screen is transported out of the workshop by a belt for storage, and the lower part of the screen is transported to the concentrator by a pump.

The overflow of the cyclone flows to the concentrator. After concentration, it is pumped into the filter press with the filter press feeding pump and pressed into a filter cake. It is transported out of the workshop with a belt and stored outside the workshop. The filter press filtrate The filtrate flows from the dewatering screen to the filtrate buffer tank, and then is transported to the concentrator by a pump. The overflow of the concentrator flows to the return tank. After clarification, it is transported back to the dressing plant by a return pump for use.
