Impurity removal from gold mine pulp

Cyanide pulp must be treated with wood chips and other impurities before adsorption to prevent the wood chips from adsorbing the gold and activated carbon in the pulp from being mixed into the rich carbon, and to prevent the wood chips from clogging the carbon screen.

Gold mine leaching and activated carbon adsorption

Add activated carbon into the leaching tank. The activated carbon absorbs the gold in the slurry and becomes gold-loaded carbon. After the adsorption is completed, use a carbon extraction screen to separate the activated carbon and Slurry separation.

Gold-loaded carbon desorption

Gold-loaded carbon can be rapidly desorbed and electrolyzed into gold mud and lean carbon in a closed system under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
• High efficiency: When the gold-loaded carbon taste reaches 3000g/t, the desorption rate can reach more than 96%, and the lean carbon taste can be reduced by 50%-75% compared with conventional desorption electrolysis devices
•  Fast: The desorption electrolysis temperature can be as high as 150℃ (generally 30-55℃ higher than other models). The system working pressure is as high as 0.5Mpa (generally 0.2-0.5Mpa higher than other models), so the desorption electrolysis time is very fast, usually 12 hours, shortened by 50%-75%.
• Low consumption: The temperature of desorption and electrolysis is the same, no heat exchange is required. Due to the fast work, the total power consumption is 1/2-1/4 of the conventional system
• No cyanide: No need to add sodium hydride in the desorption solution, low cost, less pollution
• Grade: The gold mud has high taste, no reverse electrolysis is needed, and the gold mud is easy to extract
• Automatic control: Specially set liquid Position control system, temperature control system and automatic control system
• Safety: It has triple safety protection measures, namely the system's own intelligence, automatic pressure limiting pressure release mechanism, insurance safety valve

Gold After simple pickling to remove impurities, the gold mud obtained from ore smelting can be directly smelted into gold ingots.
