The crushing and grinding processes in the process will produce ore slime, which affects the flotation effect of lithium. The usual desliming flotation process of lepidolite is weak in the treatment of ore slime, resulting in waste of lepidolite. 1. Rough grinding: After the lepidolite ore is crushed and screened, the above-screen product is sent to the ball mill for grinding;
2. Roughing: The grinding product and the under-screen product are sent to the flotation machine for flotation, the feed concentration is maintained at 30%-40%, the pH value of the pulp is maintained at 6.5-7.5, inhibitors, collectors and polymer flocculants are added to the pulp, and after fully mixing with the pulp, the roughing concentrate and roughing tailings are obtained.
3. Scavenging: After the roughing tailings are fully mixed with the collector, the foam is scraped off by aeration to obtain the scavenging foam product and scavenging tailings. The scavenging foam product can be returned to the roughing process for re-roughing.
The roughing concentrate is to obtain lepidolite concentrate by aerating and scraping the foam after the inhibitor is fully mixed. The selection operation can be divided into two stages.
1. Primary selection: The roughing concentrate is sent to the primary selection flotation operation. After adding inhibitors and stirring sufficiently, aeration and scraping are performed to obtain primary selection foam products and primary intermediate ore products. The intermediate ore products are sent to the roughing process for further processing.
2. Secondary selection: The primary selection foam products are sent to the secondary selection for flotation. After stirring and mixing sufficiently, aeration and scraping are performed to obtain lithium mica concentrate and secondary intermediate ore products. The intermediate ore products produced by the secondary selection are sent to the primary selection operation for processing.
