The mechanical agitated flotation machine does not require auxiliary equipment to complete Inflatable, it can absorb air and slurry by itself, and the intermediate minerals do not need to be returned with a pump. At present, our company mainly produces SF flotation machine, JJF flotation machine, BF flotation machine, GF flotation machine and XJK Five categories of flotation machines.
1. SF type flotation machine:In the mineral processing plant, this flotation machine The selection machine is mostly used for rough selection and sweeping operations, with large air suction volume and low energy consumption; the machine tank is a forward-inclined design, with small dead angles and fast foam movement; and the impeller uses backward-inclined double-sided blades The design enables double circulation of the slurry in the tank, low speed, and long service life of the impeller.
2. JJF flotation machine:This flotation machine is different from conventional machinery Different from the stirred flotation machine, it cannot self-prime slurry and can be combined with the SF flotation machine to complete the slurry suction operation, so there is no need for pumping. In addition, the tank is designed as a shallow groove type, with a small impeller diameter and low rotation speed. The energy consumption is low; the slurry circulation volume is large, up to 2.5 times, which is beneficial to the mineralization of ore, medicine and gas; the particle size range that can be processed is wide, and the mineral processing recovery rate is high.
3. BF type flotation machine:The BF flotation machines produced by Xinhai are available in two types, type I and type II, which have the dual functions of slurry suction and flotation. Among them, type I is mainly improved based on the SF type and can be used directly as a suction tank; type II is improved based on the JJF flotation machine and is mainly used for DC tanks. This type of flotation machine has a large air suction capacity; the impeller adopts a closed double truncated cone design, which can produce downward circulation of the slurry, which is more conducive to the suspension recovery of coarse-grained minerals. In addition, each tank of the BF flotation machine has the functions of air suction and slurry suction, and can form its own flotation circuit. The process is simpler and the infrastructure investment is low.
4. GF type flotation machine :This type of self-priming slurry has a large air suction volume, up to 1.2m3/m2·min, high air dispersion, good slurry circulation, no rotation of the slurry in the tank, and no tumbling phenomenon. , it is mostly used in small and medium-sized mineral processing plants for roughing and sweeping operations.
5. XJK type flotation machine: This type of flotation machine can also be called type A or type XJ. It is a type of flotation that relies on impeller stirring to generate partial vacuum aeration. The equipment is suitable for roughing, selecting and sweeping operations of fine-grained or complex minerals. The impeller is equipped with guide blades, which can produce a large number of microbubbles, which enhances the contact opportunities of chemicals, minerals and air, and has good flotation effect.
