Phosphate ore is widely used in agriculture, chemical industry and other fields. In order to obtain high-grade phosphate concentrate, it needs to be processed. This process has high requirements for the silicon dioxide content in the phosphate ore, which cannot exceed 5%. The working principle of this process is mainly to release the carbon dioxide in the ore by high-temperature roasting of carbonates in the ore, and then add water for digestion. The energy consumption of the roasting and digestion process is high, and there is a problem of removing lime milk.

3. Phosphate ore chemical leaching process

This process can selectively dissolve dolomite in phosphate ore, which is an effective way to remove magnesium oxide. Sulfuric acid is used as the leaching agent during leaching, and the recovery rate of phosphorus pentoxide in the concentrate is low and the production cost is high.

4. Phosphate ore gravity separation process

It mainly uses the different specific gravity of each mineral in the phosphate ore for separation, and has the advantages of fast separation speed and low pollution.

5. Phosphate ore dry electrostatic separation process

It mainly uses the different electrical properties of each mineral in the ore for separation. It belongs to the physical mineral separation method, which has the advantages of simple process and no pollution.
