The rutting phenomenon on the liquid level of the tank indicates that the slurry foam layer is unstable. It is also possible that the stator has fallen off, causing the incomplete slurry to flow unbalanced at the bottom. The last possibility is a loose pipe joint. These three situations are all caused by the failure of the flotation machine, and the operator needs to notify the machine for repair in time.
The possible reasons for the drop of the slurry liquid level are that the grinding fineness is too coarse, the processing volume is increased, or Insufficient dosage of medication. Operators can solve the problem by adjusting the grinding classification, reducing the amount of ore, or appropriately adjusting the dosage of chemicals.
Generally speaking, there are several reasons for this situation: excessive ore feeding volume, excessive aeration volume, and there are leaks in the intermediate box and liquid level regulating plate. Clogging, insufficient slurry suction capacity of the suction tank, too small flushing water pressure, etc. Among these situations, the blockage of the liquid level adjusting plate is the most likely to cause sand settling. The liquid level adjusting plate should be lowered to the lowest level first to clear the blockage. If necessary, open the bottom flow valve to allow the slurry to circulate, and check the aeration amount and acid content. Whether the pipeline is blocked, the ore feed volume and overflow concentration should be ascertained, the reasons should be found out in time, and the ore feed volume or other factors should be adjusted in a timely manner according to the reasons.
When this phenomenon occurs, the operator should stop the mine first, then open the bottom flow valve at the bottom of the tank, and wait for the slurry flow to return to normal. Feed the ore and block the underflow valve. At the same time, attention should be paid to controlling the concentration of the slurry.
