Uganda Phosphate Mine is a mining industry-wide service project undertaken by Xinhai Mining, which is a one-stop service of "design and research, complete equipment manufacturing and procurement, commissioning and delivery, mine operation and management".

Project Overview

The phosphate mine has a processing capacity of 720t/d and is a polymetallic ore. The minerals are rich in iron and phosphorus. Phosphate ore has a complex composition and contains a large amount of soil, which interferes with the purification of phosphate ore and iron ore. Moreover, the wrapping and interlocking of various minerals are serious, making it difficult for the monomers to dissociate during the grinding stage.

Xinhai Plan

Xinhai customized a test plan (mineral processing process) that is consistent with the actual situation, conducted a feasibility study on the test plan, and customized the preliminary design and Construction drawings of the mineral processing plant. The process flow is: desliming - one stage of closed-circuit grinding - one coarse, one sweep and two fine flotation - fine tailings dehydration process.

Project Progress

Xinhai Mining has completed the production and manufacturing of the mineral processing equipment required for the project, equipment procurement (parts manufacturing and procurement) and packaging and delivery (mainly manufacturing The equipment is: energy-saving grid ball mill, spiral classifier, desliming cyclone, xcf flotation machine, kyf flotation machine, bf flotation machine equipment, and auxiliary equipment slurry pump wait).

While packaging and shipping, the Xinhai installation and commissioning team went to the project site together with the shipping team to complete the installation and adjustment of all equipment. And help the plant selection staff to conduct project training, including: production safety training, daily project process sorting, daily inspection operations and regular maintenance operation training, etc.

At present, the project has entered the formal production stage. The entire mineral processing project has low investment, short construction period and quick results.
