The 400t/d gold mine plant is a project undertaken by Xinhai Mining Equipment from Xinyuan in Cambodia (it belongs to the mining industry chain service project). For this project, Xinhai passed the mineral processing test and customized a suitable mineral processing process, construction design of the mineral processing plant, selection of mineral processing equipment and production to equipment packaging and shipment, equipment installation and commissioning of the mineral processing plant, and training services for the mineral processing plant.

Ore processing plan

The process flow designed by Xinhai Mining Equipment for this project is a two-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening-hand selection-one stage closed-circuit grinding-gravity separation-flotation-concentrate dehydration-tailings dehydration process flow. The following mainly introduces the flotation scheme and flotation equipment.

Flotation process

The flotation process designed by Xinhai The process is one rough, two sweeps and two fine flotation processes. The process is as follows:

The overflow of the cyclone flows to the high-efficiency stirring tank and then flows to the high-efficiency mixing tank to mix the slurry. Go to the SF-2.8 flotation machine for rough selection, and the roughly selected foam products flow to the SF-2.8 flotation machine for two stages of selection (2 /2), after two stages of selection, the flotation gold concentrate is obtained. The products in the fine I and fine II tanks are returned to the previous operation in turn; the products in the roughing tank flow to the two sweeping operations, and the two sweeping and flotation operations are carried out. The machines are all SF-2.8 flotation machines. The foam products of Sweep I and Sweep II are also returned to the previous operation in sequence, and the tailings of Sweep II are the final flotation tailings.

Flotation machine equipment Configuration

The flotation equipment configured by Xinhai for this gold mine project is 5 SF-2.8 flotation machines. The remaining mineral processing equipment mainly includestrough feeder, belt conveyor, and cone crusher. Machine, circular vibrating screen, straight ball mill, hydrocyclone, high-efficiency mixing tank, high-efficiency modified thickener, filter press, slurry pump and other equipment.
