Therefore, before reselection, iron removal and desulfurization treatment are required.
Most of the iron minerals in the gold tailings are in the coarse and fine particles, and the iron content in the intermediate particles (-0.074~+0.009 mm) is low and the distribution rate is low. The distribution rate of gold in coarse and ultra-fine particles is high, and the distribution rate in the +0.074 mm particle size is 48.77%, but the separation of iron and gold in fine particles is very difficult, so the fine-grained materials can be transported to the tailings dam after concentration treatment. The distribution rate of gold in the coarse-grained materials is high, and gold can be recovered by gravity separation. The iron and sulfur content in the medium-grained materials is low, and the iron and sulfur content can be removed by magnetic separation-reverse flotation combined process to recover feldspar.
Gold tailings reselection reselection process: Reselection mainly selects coarse-grained minerals to enrich gold in the shaker concentrate and obtain relatively satisfactory indicators. The process is that the tailings slurry is fed into the spiral chute for reselection and classification, and the bottom flow is discharged from the chute and sent to the shaking table for reselection. The upper flow is carried away by the water flow to become tailings. The tailings are dehydrated and dry-piled using the tailings dry discharge process.
