This stage of crushing adopts a three-stage and one closed-circuit process. The particle size of the mineral after crushing must reach the requirement of -3mm, and a gyratory crusher is used for coarse crushing. Jaw crusher is used for medium crushing, single-cylinder cone crusher is used for fine crushing, and DZS linear vibrating screen is used for screening, which has high screening efficiency for fine screening of medium and fine particle sizes.
The grinding adopts a two-stage closed-circuit grinding process, so that the gold ore particle size reaches -0.074mm accounting for 85%. One stage of the grinding operation uses a grid-type ball mill, and the second stage of grinding uses an overflow ball mill. And a grinding classification system is formed in the spiral classifier to ensure that the grinding fineness meets the requirements.
The gold ore roughing stage uses a rough separation process. After grinding, the qualified products are sent to the stirring tank and added with mineral processing reagents, stirred thoroughly, and then pumped into the SF flotation machine for rough separation. The flotation reagents mainly use Na2CO 3 is used as the pH adjuster to make pH=8, T101 is used as the dispersant, CuSO4 is used as the activator, D3 is the collector, and No. 2 oil is Foaming agent.

This stage adopts a two-stage selection process. After regrinding and sweeping, the qualified minerals are sent into the mixing tank and appropriate chemicals are added. After that, it is pumped into the KYF flotation machine for a primary selection operation, and then sucked in by the XCF flotation machine to complete the secondary selection operation and obtain qualified gold concentrate.
