This gold mine project is a 2 million TPA gold mine mining industry chain service (EPCM+O) undertaken by Xinhai. According to customer needs, it provides gold smelting construction engineering design, including process, civil engineering, power, water supply and drainage, heating and other professional designs. Finally, through the analysis of ore dressing test, a gold ore heap leaching-adsorption-desorption electrolysis-activated carbon pickling and regeneration-smelting process was designed for it.

The Guinea 15000tpd gold mine is a flotation project of the entire mining industry chain that Xinhai has cooperated with for the third time. In 2018, the customer cooperated with Xinhai for the first time and completed a 4000tpd gold mine beneficiation project for it. After the project was put into production, the customer decided to expand the original ore to 6000tpd.

After the 6000tpd gold ore dressing plant project was successfully put into production, we have cooperated again in the construction of a 15000tpd gold ore dressing project. The gold mine is mainly composed of oxide ore, 80% of which is powdery clay ore, containing granular gold, which is the only recyclable element. Through mineral processing test analysis, Xinhai designed a heap leaching + desorption electrolysis + gravity separation + cyanide mineral processing process for it.

At present, the gold ore dressing project has entered the final stage of installation and commissioning.

3. Mongolia 5500tpd gold ore dressing project

Mongolia 5500tpd gold ore dressing is a mining industry chain service (EPCM+O) project. The customer of this project commissioned Xinhai to carry out the design of the dressing plant and the design of the gold smelting construction project, involving technology, civil engineering, electricity, water supply and drainage, heating and other aspects. Through the analysis of the ore dressing test, the heap leaching + desorption electrolysis process was finally designed for it.

The main equipment is ball mill, flotation machine, thickener, stirring tank and other equipment and accessories.

It is difficult for the original production process to obtain ideal beneficiation indicators. Therefore, Xinhai was found to help it complete the expansion and transformation of the beneficiation plant. The original ore of this project contains organic carbon and inorganic carbon, and the graphite content is 2%. Gold is the only recoverable element in the ore of this project. Through the analysis of the properties of the ore, Xinhai designed a suitable process plan for it.

During the design of the flotation plant, Xinhai appropriately added new equipment and processes on the basis of the original flotation plant, and made full use of the existing plant, equipment and foundation. Through scientific and reasonable plant design, the entire process of the flotation plant was ensured to be smooth, and the new and old equipment operated normally, which not only achieved the expected recovery rate, but also saved investment costs. The final gold recovery rate was 87%-95%. The customer was very satisfied with the results of this transformation!

7. Mexico 1200TPD gold mine cyanide beneficiation project

This gold mine project is another cooperation project of Xinhai. Its beneficiation process is a full mud cyanide gold extraction process, and the gold mine processing capacity is 1200TPD. Finally, according to customer needs, Xinhai designed and laid out the cyanide leaching system, reagent preparation system, desorption electrolysis system, smelting system, etc.

This gold mine is a mining industry chain service project (EPCM+O) undertaken by Xinhai. In the early stage, the user learned about Xinhai through a friend's introduction and was very interested in Xinhai's service model. After communication and on-site visits, he chose Xinhai to help him complete the beneficiation project.

Gold is the only recoverable element in the gold mine, with a grade of 2.6g/t. Through mineral processing test analysis, Xinhai designed a crushing and washing-tank leaching adsorption-desorption electrolysis-activated carbon acid washing regeneration-smelting process for it. Finally, after smelting treatment, gold ingots with a purity of more than 80% were obtained, and the actual recovery rate reached 85%.

This project is a gold tailings dry discharge project undertaken by Xinhai. Through the analysis of the tailings slurry concentration, Xinhai finally designed a thickener + filter press gold tailings dehydration process flow for it. During the design, the tailings dry discharge workshop was closely connected with the original flotation workshop, and the terrain advantages of the industrial site were reasonably used for process layout. In addition, in view of the nature of the tailings of this project, Xinhai specially adopted a new type of filter press for it, which greatly reduced the moisture content of the tailings.

This project is a transformation project undertaken by Xinhai. In the early stage, it tried to transform many times, but the effect was not ideal. After finding Xinhai, it was commissioned to conduct beneficiation tests and design a beneficiation plan for it. After repeated experiments, it was finally decided to adopt crushing-closed circuit grinding-flotation (one coarse, three sweeping, four fine)-concentrate dehydration process for the gold mine of this project.

Xinhai Mining Research Institute has unique expertise in gold ore dressing, especially in the research of refractory ore dressing tests.
