Among them, the coarse sand bed is suitable for sorting mineral particles with a particle size of 0.5-2.0mm, the fine sand bed is suitable for processing mineral particles with a particle size range of 0.074-0.5mm, and the slime bed is suitable for processing materials with a particle size of 0.037-0.074 mm of mineral particles.

The ore particle size range of shaking table gold beneficiation is generally between 0.019-3mm. Chute gold selection process

Chute gold selection is a process where the material relies on the combined forces of water flow, mineral gravity, friction between the mineral particles and the bottom of the tank, etc., to cause the mineral particles to settle according to specific gravity. In different areas in the tank, the mineral particles with small specific gravity are taken away by the water flow, leaving the mineral particles with heavy specific gravity, which completes the separation.

Chute gold selection is suitable for processing micro-fine materials with low mud content. The material size range is 0.03-0.6mm. It has a simple structure, large processing capacity and low overall cost.
